Method 1 - Measure an existing ring
– Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.
– Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
– Use the below chart to determine your ring size.
Method 2 - Measure your finger
– Take a piece of string or a strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger.
– Mark the point of intersection where the string or paper meets to indicate the circumference.
– Lay the string or paper flat and measure the length with a ruler.
– Use the below chart to determine your ring size.
