SHIPPING TERMS

We currently exclusively ship within the UK. However, we're actively working on expanding our reach to include new countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

We offer free shipping for all orders above £100.

Items available in stock generally ship within 1-2 days. For items not currently in stock, please expect a shipping timeframe of 10-14 days. This information is provided in the description of each item.

We offer two shipping options for order below £100:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.39) - Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days once shipped. Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.59) - Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days once shipped. Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email.

Should you require expedited delivery, kindly contact us and we will endeavour to facilitate same-day courier service whenever possible.

Please be aware that shipping times provided are estimates, and we cannot be held liable for any delays during transit. To prevent any complications, kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping information, and promptly inform us if any incorrect details have been entered. It's important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned. We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered, except for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@kliabymuriela.com so that we can guide you through the process and provide you with the return address. 

Once we receive the product, we will process the return within 14 days, provided it's in its original packaging and in good condition. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that we do not cover the postage costs for returning items.

EXCHANGES

We are currently not offering exchanges. However, you have the option to return an item for a refund (following the conditions and instructions outlined above) and proceed to repurchase your desired item.
